lighting requirement?

I will be taking a couple of clones off my single plant next week and shall be placing them in a small kitchen cupboard type vegging room.

I only want to grow them until they are about 40 cm high, and when my other crop has been harvested in about 7 weeks I will transfer them, and finish the veging in there.

What light would I need in this is small area to grow them?.........and keep them quite small until transfer????

fluorescent lights are best for clones, either those energy saving light bulbs but best using fluorescent tubes

something like this would be ideal for 6 - 8 clones
