lighting

i am going to start two plants from seedlings
i already have a flower room i need a veg room somewere to grow before they are ready to flower because before i have just been using window light and the plants seem streched because they are not getting a full hit of light so will someone plz tell me what light i should get to best grow two or three plants in a small closet about 3x3 what wattage and what kind of bulb should i use to make sure i get fat bulky girls i mean what light do you guys use to veg and what have you found has worked best....

m/h 250watt for the veg room and 250-400watthps for the flowering. You can use compact florescent or a florescent tubes, like t5 are what I use for veg. Its all about the color spectrum. Blue for veg and reddish for flowering, 6500K veg/ 3000K flowering K=Kalvin.
