have 4ft reflector with 4 bulbs, 2 bloom & 2 veg. plants are 3 wks old. can i use all 4. if not, are 2 sufficient for growth & 2 for flowering?

And what type of tubes? t5- t8 etc. Lumen output is the main reason for asking.
