Can i use 2 Gro-Lux 58W 5ft fluorescent tubes. too grow 4 plants and take them into flower? or do i need more light?

more light, and more CFL! or HPS/MH.

The problem with flouro's is they do not penetrate very far that is why they have to be so close to the plants. You can take a plant all the way through flower with em but the but the yield will be much lower compared to HID's.

I like using both CFL and HPS, CFL's mainly just for extra light. Im not a fan of the tubes personally
