lights burned tops

just noticed 2 plants I got got burn't by my light..grew a foot over nite..they are 5 ft tall and were put to 12/12 at 11in...I moved em away but limited on space since they in a box 4x8 (rez under table (ebb&dlow)) Some of the leaves are light brown and wilted...they are moved now...
will they recover?

5wks into flower/bloom...didnt think they would grow 4ft
