Lights went on in middle of sleep

Went into work on my girls while they were sleeping in they were third week of veg and made a rookie mistake and turn the power to lights on for about 30 seconds in the first hour of rest... what should i expect.. shock .. herms..? Or am i overreacting

Its when you get a flash of light

All the time

I want you to do thirty push-ups, one for every second the lights were on, one hour after you go to bed and see how you like it.

I by accident plugged my air pumps into the side of the surge protector that went off with the lights had to go back in to plug them into the right outlet and hit the on switch by accident

Oh ..... They will be fine especially in veg ... Flowering not so much.
