Lights?

I have 2, 3 ft. widow plants growing indoors. We want to switch them to the flowering stage, but need help with 1. what type of lights do we need? and 2. Does anyone know a good place in so cal. where we can purchase them?

You're gonna need an High Pressure Sodium light. If I were you, I'd go with at least a 400w.
