Ive had these tumors basically my entire life, and have had 2 removed to check if the where benign. ...they are.

My question is how many of you out there have um? wikepedia says 1% of the gen pop have these tumors. im curious how many of you have them, and how they affect your lives.

heres some info on them if you dont already know:

"A lipoma is a benign tumor composed of fatty tissue. These are the most common form of soft tissue tumor.[1] Lipomas are soft to the touch, usually moveable, and are generally painless. Many lipomas are small (under one centimeter diameter) but can enlarge to sizes greater than six centimeters. Lipomas are commonly found in adults from 40 to 60 years of age, but can also be found in children. Some sources say that malignant transformation can occur,[2] while others claim that this has yet to be convincingly documented"

Bump for lumps.
I've have had a small lump in the mid section of my back, for years now.
It's small, about the size of a pinky finger, cut in half.
The more lean I get, the more it shows.

Crazy as this sounds I have 5 of them, 3 are in my left fore arm and the other two are on my right arm. I have had them for awhile and they do get annoying, sometimes they itch but otherwise my flight surgeon told me long ago to not worry about them unless they are painfull, get really hard or really start growing.
