So back on 9/30/10 I ordered 2 packs of AK-48 Fem seeds from Nirvana. The last time I ordered it took about 10 days including the weekend for me to get my order. As of today 10/26/10 I have not seen my AK-48 beans.
Yesterday I opened a ticket and today this is what I got.

I am very sorry to hear that you did not receive your order. Considering the amount of time that has passed, it's likely that the parcel has been lost or confiscated somewhere along the way.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions (which you agreed to when you ordered), we cannot be held responsible if packages get lost or confiscated.
Just this once, though, I will resend your order to you as a goodwill gesture. Fingers crossed that it will arrive safely this time!

This is why I started using Nirvana and as long as I get my order this time I will keep using them aside from my Super Lemon haze order. They could have just said screw you or too bad or whatever. I understand the risk ordering but they didnt. I was a returning customer and have only spent about 120$ total between 2 orders. Not a big spender and they still gave me the support I would expect if I was.
I have had awesome results from thier product and now so far am having great support.
So thanks to RIU for supporting them and thanks to nirvana for proving the nah sayers wrong.
