Little Ones

Hey guys. I have been growing some seedlings in a starter kit. Now that they have been growing good for about a week they are starting to look a little shabby. They have pretty much just stopped growing. My tallest plant is like 5 inches tall and just has four little leaves that they all have in the begginning. I don't know what to do. Transplant them? How deep to cannabis roots grow typically? Lot's of questions but let's start there. THANKS!

You give so little info, its almost impossible to say. What lights r u using, I assume in soil? How often do you water, have you fed them any nutes yet? The list of ?'s goes on and on, please give some more info and/or a pic might help alot too.
