Live Chat Problemn

So, I can't sign into chat anymore, anyone have any ideas, I have re-installed everything and still cannot get in and I miss it. I contacted RIU twice, nobody has gotten back to me, so very sad..

Any ideas?

Having this same issue. Just times out trying to connect for me..
