Livers/Blues, Psychosis, Critical Mass, 600 Hps and Soil

Well its bout time i done a journal and thought there might be a few people intrested in seeing the livers grow out as its not that common a strain well definatly not in my area or the south uk have read its more around in the north tho.

The Psychosis i beleive is a cousin/sister releative neway of the exodus cheese and the critical mass is from mr nice, ive grown the cm a few times and its ok never grown the livers or psychosis.

will be growing just the 3 in a ds120 secret jardin tent, using bio-bizz all mix soil from rooted clone and there nutes just the grow,bloom and topmax.

light is a 600hps with a cooltube temps and humidity are ok but i do need to get a heater cause the night temps have been abit low.

odour control will be a 6'' filter, 4'' filter and ona.

am always up for help and suggestions that can make it ne better or easier ima lazy bastard.

the plants in the pics have been vegged for a about a month under a 600hps they aint had the best of start ive moved in between trying to set this grow up n runnin and the poor girls have been moved,hid more than once so.

need help really on the best way to hang that 6'' filter the tent is only a ds120 secret jardin its the cheap range n that fing is heavy, thinking bout leaving it where it is n hangin just the 4''

Good luck with it Sambo, I have my filter on the floor and suck through that, through the cool tubes and out of the tent. If your inside tent circulation is ok you should be fine. Bit early to be thinking about heavy air molecules and light air molecules for me, lol, but I think it'll be chicken soup if you leave on the floor. I have a ds60 cheap design tent, and my biggest worry is knocking it and everything that is suspended in it swings around...freaks me out a bit. Weight though you should be all good, the frame will support it, its the swinging that I would try to nail down.

I used large zipties to secure the carbon filter along one of the metal roof supports. I have a cheaper tent than you do (eBay special) and a heavier filter... and it's held fine so far. Anyway, just wanted to make the suggestion if you were looking for an easy way to hang the filter.

thanks guys i think im being a worrier am thinking to just get some bungee straps n hang it like that, n if people are saying there hanging heavier in cheaper tents then all good. wanna hang 1 of the filter tho the livers and psychosis are spose to stink abit.

am just waiting for clones of the livers and psychosis to root then will being going 12/12, need to put the 4'' filter in aswel but should be within the next 10days.

I've thought about reinforcing/bracing the metal frame on my tent because it does feel flimsy... but at some points I've had all this hanging at the same time: a huge 6" air-cooled hood (for 600w HPS), the ducting, a Hydrofarm ~400cfm inline fan, a self-ballasted 150w HPS, all the electrical wires and a couple of timers, and an air pump... and nothing gave. So now I don't worry about it so much since I know it can handle a lot more than what I usually have in there.

yeah im feelin more confident bout hanging it now cheers, just wouldnt fancy it falling on me plants lol think im gonna use bungee straps.

i've seen a 4" rhino, fan and sputnick air cooled light hanging from a ds80 if thats any help? i think it would hold it?

im gonna put a liver and pyschosis rooted cloned straight into 12/12 in the same tent will just put the pots on something to keep the canopy even, but im not shore what pots to put the rooted clones in i didnt really wana have to re-pot during flower but am worried they will stretch if i put em straight into 11ltr pots?

ne ideas welcome?

I have a 4 " on my cheaper ds 120 mate and i cant see much stress on the supports soo i cant see why a 6 would bring the thing crashing to the floor lol . With my blueberry clones they came in part cups and i put them straight into a 15 litre pots no problems mate.

Btw them plantss are looking nice and healthy sambo cant wait to seee these babies grow i really cant

hmmm not really sure but i'd say 10L sort of size if u dont wanna re-pot them? it might be a bit big but i'd rather go bigger than have them cramped in a small pot? what u recon mate?

im stumped ive tried to go from rooted clone to 15ltr with only a wk veg b4 and they stretchd badly light was plenty close wasnt that was the big pots too soon so im worried bout putting em straight into biggons but then also dont wana shock whilst in flower i dunno las???

lol yeah not so difficult, small pot, medium pot or big pot or airpot lol. i'd go for the last 2 options personally or put it in a small pot for a week or so in veg then into a big pot or airpot chucking it into 12.12
