Local nutrients - Good enough?

Hi, dont know if this should be in here or in the feeding section. Anyways... i was looking at some local hydro nutrients and I found these. Can anyone tell me if they are good enough for MJ? SInce they are locally made and less expensive than the GH and AN stuff, id like to give em a shot, but only if they are good enough. Also worried about the fact they have two bottles, one with 5 5 5 and the other with the "supplemental" nutrients. I know its in spanish but its pretty self explanatory. What would I use for VEG, and then flower? Am i just better off biting the bullet and paying for gh or an? Thoughts?

I do not sew the picture, probably are the evergreen stuff, is good for tomatoes and vegetables, if you used propertly whit tds/ec and ph meters you will grow cannabis for shure but they are not designed for. You can find local marihuana hydro stuff check costaricahydroponics.com or buy in amazon.
