Location question

I am planning on growing in the near future and I have a couple of location questions. My location is some woods behind my house and the soil is really mud and the place has flooded a couple of times so I was thinking of planting in pots. There is a nearby lake, should I use this for my water? I was also planning on using MG with the time reales nutes and watering when the soil is crusty and needing water. Any suggestions is greately appreciated
Thanks

sounds ok. make sure that the pots are in a spot or tall enough that they wont drown, also no pots with holes in them obviously!

you want a spot that has southern sun exposure ie.. stand in your spot and look south 180 degrees east to west you want this horizon to be open so sun will be allowed in to your plants.

you will need another bloom/flowering type nutreint supply for flowering thats high in (P) phosphorous, the time release is only all purpose and wont be sufficient for flowering

lake water will do if its clean ie.. fish or other living things in it. but whatevers closer or more conveiniant for you.

research all this stuff and make your best judgement, everything doesnt have to be absolutly perfect in order to grow, so just make a plan stick to it . worst case scenario is that you will learn on your own what works and what doesnt!
