so ive been making alot of temple balls lately frenchy cannoli style. usually when i first make them there hard like a brick i then keep them in a cool dark place wrapped in organic cellophane the type used for home made candy. ive noticed after 4-6 month cure they get nice and soft the consistency of play-doh. however i have some thats so soft itll almost melt in your hand. i was thinking could refridgerating it be bad to prevent it from melting? has anyone else done this anywho i vacuum sealed a tiny mason jar with a ball of hash wrapped in cellophane and tossed it in the fridge wish me luck lol

Put it in the freezer, it'll last many years, if not indefinitely. Thaws very quickly.
