I am looking for like 3-4 small muffin type fans. I have been to radio shack , home depot and stores like that. I want them to exhaust some small areas that i am going to keep some mothers. I can find ones that run on 12volt like computer fans and I can also find ones that are 115v(run off 110) but they dont come with the power cords to plug in. Does anyone know of a link where I can buy some of these. I want the kind that just plugs in and is ready to go. Any help would be great. I had seen some on ebay a long time ago but was not ready for them yet. I wish i would of bought them!

I think you can just buy a 12 volt computer fan then splice the wires with an AC adapter as long as the AC adapter has an input of 120V and an output of 12V. Pretty easy, should only take you a couple of minutes. If you want to spend more you can definately get some off of ebay, but they're much more expensive than the setup I just mentioned. I'm pretty sure that works, but you may want to wait for the experts' advice before you go burning out a computer fan =/

You can also find aquarium-type fans which are essentially the same thing. If noise is going to be a problem check the decibals before you buy. If the seller doesn't mention the noise level, it's probably loud.

Small muffin fans are pretty easy to find. Go to any used electronics supply company. Any company that destroys computers. Many sources recycle them.

However, be prepaired to add a power cord. Most fans are 6-12V DC, so you need a small step down voltage transformer like an old cell phone charger.
