Looking for help regarding the spectrum.

Hello everyone,

I have created a LED bead configuration spectrum picture using Osram's horticulture tool. I would like to ask if the spectrum shown in the picture is suitable for planting.

Should I add a bit more of something?

(Because English is not my native language, if there are any typos or grammatical errors in my sentences, I hope they will not cause any misunderstandings or incorrect impacts on you.)

A little more far red.

I tried engineering a tropical grow light set up for my indoors. I had the idea a practical knowledge, my buddy the electrical and technical knowledge. Our biggest issue was the consistency of the wavelength varying from light to light. Used MH, HPS, LED full spectrum and specific wavelengths.

I wanted to mimic subtropical spectrum and how it varies thru the day from dawn to dusk to get the best out of tropical and subtropical strains. We tried it using dimmers and timers. A better finish and quality but no difference in yeild.

More far red in evening had a better effect on flowering and stretch. This will work outdoors too but I couldn't figure out how to scale to commercial production.

Im not in love with this. Too little red and too much green and blue for my taste. Theres a huge dip in-between 550 and 660nm, where i generally would want a lot more spectrum. And blue levels seems somewhat higher than red, this generally means easier growing but maybe some loss in yield. YMMV :)

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try to add a little far red.

I've tweaked the lighting setup, and here's the revised spectrum. Following @Red Hard Head's suggestion, I will be incorporating a 730nm far-red channel, rated at about 10 watts. Is this new spectrum an improvement over the previous one?
