Hello all I'm looking for some advice on my one seedling it appears to maybe be hungry I've never seen a seeding so young require a top dress so I want to get advice before I get my hands to dirty

I'm growing in some ffof that I had to cut with some ewcs and coco because I didn't have enough ffof left to use at 100% at first I thought that it was a cold stress issue because they were outside of my tent which at times was as low as 16deg celcius since moving into tent the issue has progressed here some photos the brown under the leaves is actually like a purple colour and the leaf vanes have like a rusty brown colour and a few yellow patches in the leaves 20200115_184441.jpg20200115_184447.jpg20200115_184511.jpg20200115_184521.jpg20200115_184531.jpg

New set of leaves look fine to me. Maybe FFOF was just a tad too hot for your seedling. Some strains handle hot soils better than others.
What's RH like?

Low 30% average and good to know I will play it out I've never seen ffof do this to a seedling so I assumed it was because I mixed in some coco and ewcs

Ffof can be pretty hot for a seedling. When I use it, I usually mix it 50/50 with happy frog. It lightens the mix, and helps prevent nute burn on seedlings.

Ok I've heard this before but never seen it I appreciate your input I will hold off on the feeding growth is super slow I assume this is because of the same issue hopefully it will turn around soon

With that low of a humidity the leaves are transpiring faster than at say 50%.

So as they transpiring they drink through their roots. The faster they transpire the faster they drink but as they drink they take up nutrients from the water in the soil.

So in a drier environment you feed less/humid environment. I’d try and raise the humidity if possible.

It looks like your pH though is not right though. Coco/soil work at different ph’s so don’t know how to advise here..

How old is it?

I hear so many people talking about this ffof soil man. It’s crap. It’s expensive. It’s unnecessary and I have even heard of people buying this crap and it’s infested with bugs. Don’t use it!

It's about two weeks old I was beginning to think ph as well or possibly the soil being to dense because I never added any aeration
I have a humidifier I'll hook it up tomorrow

Edit 3 weeks old
