Looking for tutorial on how to mail unrooted cuttings ?

Looking for info on how to send unrooted cuttings far away, I understand the procedure , cut dip in rooting compound wrap base of stem in humid wet paper napkin and wrap with cellophane and insertinside of a ziplock back with a lil bit of air and just send it like that... I need the subject explained more in depth or any comments would be appreciated?
