Looking to get a job with a record

I have a misdemeanor possession charge and miss use charge. I'm looking to get a job in Orlando, what should i say on apps when they ask about criminal history? Should i just deny it and make them do a background check?

i agree with andar on app's they ask for felony's don't worry and if they do say anything tell them that you were young and dumb and dont break the law anymore

read what the application says. don't lie on it. answer the questions.

it should ask you have you ever been CONVICTED of a felony.

they cannot ask you if you've been arrested, if you've ever been sued, if you've ever been implicated in a crime, if you've ever been suspected of a crime, etc. etc. etc....

only if you've been convicted.

the minor charge will come up on a background check, it's not that big-o-deal, you can explain it away. just make sure that you have rock-solid references

a felony will expedite you to the REJECT pile.
