Day 104 of 12/12

Alright, so we're rolling into week 15 of Flower starting tomorrow. Really trying to hold out on her to finish, but I'm finding myself in a predicament at the moment. Planning on a vacation here in a couple weeks. Trying to decide if I let her ride and chop just shy of vacation and hopefully nothing goes wrong during the dry while I'm gone or do I chop this weekend, get through the dry and leave my jars with a trusted growmie to take care of the burping while I'm gone.

I'm leaning more towards the second one simply because no plant sitting at my residence will be able to be done and leaving the entire thing hang drying (and the possibility of any type of failure in house or grow equipment result in overdrying or onset of mold) makes me queasy haha. My buddy has experience growing all the way thru the curing process and I trust in him to be able to burp the jars accordingly.

She keeps popping more white pistils, mainly on and around the foxtailing sections. This is leading me to believe some light stress is causing this. Trichomes are right around 90% cloudy and 10% amber.20220629_192051.jpg20220629_192059.jpg20220629_191927.jpg20220629_191933.jpg20220629_191920.jpg20220629_191906.jpg

So, that's the current situation. If anybody has any insight please share your thoughts!!

Cheers!!

Well, i went ahead and made a decision and gave her the chop last night. Time crunch coming up and it was the most comfortable route i could take.

57 Days of Veg
107 Days of 12/12
164 Days total

She ended at right around 9 1/2 inches tall
Water only in Natures Living Organic Soil mixed with FFHF
Had to amend a couple times with Epsom and Langbeinite.

I know I could have let her go a little longer but like I said, time and future plans came into play here at the end.

She's hanging drying right now in the new cabinet and yielded me 405 grams wet.

All in all, it was a successful little grow adventure and I'd like to thank for all that tagged along!!

Until the next go around, Cheers!!

With Temps a little higher than I'd like, she hung for almost 5 days before she was getting a little too dry. Trimmed and manicured the buds (I was bored and wanted them to look nice lol) and into the jars they went. Buds in a large jar and trim and larf in a small Mason jar. Curing is underway.

Gave it a final weigh and I ended with 73 grams of buds to cure and about 16 grams of trim and larf. 89 grams in total was above my expectations, so I'm happy. Have sampled a little but will do full smoke report in a few weeks.

Cheers!!

Thats looks really awesome man! I found a genius software for Raspberry Pi called Mycodo and think this might be interesting for you, this is written by a biologist, if your craftsmanship also involves soldering, you can assemble it very quickly and automate it without much software programming knowledge, so that you are not only more economical with the resources but also get a better result, and you also save a lots of money for a Fridge Grow Controller
