Low germ rate causes

hey folks...

Can yall give me some reasons on what causes low germ rates, other than strain related, assuming that's not the cause since it may be multiple strains...

Is correct to store in zip locks in a box in the fridge?

soil? (FFOF).

i hear of ppl storing that way, i just keep in the envelope it comes in, and store in closet, no issues. wat germ method you use? i use wet paper towel, and have good success.
