my girls are 8 weeks into veg and prob only 13 inches tall look healthy but not growing up but getting real bushy i have 4 differant strands could low ph cause this i think my meter is bad

What's the problem? Post a pic but if they look healthy and bushy, you should be happy. Sounds like they are ready to switch the lights and flower. They will grow considerably once you do!

my camera shit itself but i did switch from a 600 watt to a 1000 watt since my last grow but my last grow they were alot taller at 8 weeks i am using a plant master mh bulb

It depends on the starin you're growing, but gotta agree it sounds healthy why worry? your last grow could have been a sativa dominant wheras this one could be indica dominant.

That's not that bad really. What are you vegging with? HPS? That would be the slow growth problem as HPS is a flowering light because of the spectrum range.

Your planter is WAY too small-- it is probably root choked after vegging 8 weeks...
Replant them into at least a 5 Gallon planter with drain holes in them... or they probably will not last thru to harvest...

yes it has drain holes its in a 3 and a half gallon planter i just switched to a hortilux hps that day from a mh bulb this is my third grow under same conditions just alot smaller for some reason cant figure it out even the same mother
