I went on FAQ and read about low stress training (LST) but i didnt get what is was...and how do you do it? It said it increases yeild massivly...SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE!!
well, basically u just rearrange the plant's branches so that the main branch's top gets below its node, resulting in all other lower branches catching up. Then u can rearrange a bit more, so that more light gets to more places on the plant.
