Lower fan leaves browning and dying?

Hi. I'm new to this and hoping you'll share your experience with my plant problems.

These are from bag seed. About 3 weeks old, still in small pots. In a 4x2 grow tent with a kingbrite 240w LED 3500k.
Temp ranges between 70-79f. They are in FF Happy Frog. They are watered entirely every 3 days and about an ounce of water per plant daily between each soaking. Recently growth has them gulping down water and they got a little dry a day ago. Now, the lower, largest fan leaves on several are spotting, drying our and dying! It's hard to tell, but the rest of the plants look OK. I added a 4/1 diluted feeding of GH flora mix to the most damaged, but they didnt seem to respond. Does anyone have an idea of what this is and how I should arrest it?
Should I cut those damaged leaves off ?
Thank you for looking at my plants.

Looks like an mg deficiency to me. Supplement with epsom salts or an otc nutrient solution.
Skip the ounce of water between waterings. Your plant does not need your loving attention every day.
Don't water every 3 days, water when the plant uses the water in the soil. Plants grow roots to search for water as the soil dries. If theres no dry period youll hsve a weak root system. Get a moisture meter for $10 so you know, or simply fill a pot with dry mix so you can compare weight.
Leave the damaged leaves on. She's using the sugars in those leaves to counter the deficiency. Remove them and she'll just deform the next leaves up until the problem is fixed

God luck!
