lower leaf yellowing, upper leaves curling/fringing up, and one leaf tip dried out

Hello fellow growers!
I am having a problem with one of my plants. I'm not sure if its a heat issue, nute burn, or cal/mag def. This is a Nirvana NL fem. It is about 30 days old and only about 5-6 inches tall. She is and a few other smaller plants are under a 600w MH with a Kessil Deep Purple 90w. I have been noticing th Planted in Ocean Forest soil. I have not added any nutes to her since start. She is in a 3 gal smartpot.

I noticed the top leaves are fringing up, one of the bottom leaves is turning yellow and drying (and drying out) and a leaf higher up on the plant is showing a burned looking tip. I moved a fan the other day and it got it hot (up to 102f) for a short period of time, like 1 hr. I caught and corrected the temp, temps been running 75-80f. However, these issue started before the minor slip up with the heat, at least the lower yellow leaf and fringing of the leaves.

Any ideas on what this is? here are some pics.

again, thinking either heat, nutes or cal/mag... but i'm a noob so could be way way off. please advise.

So I am self diagnosing as a possible combo of issues here. 1. Nitrogen burn - I've heard Ocean Forest runs hot. Also 2. Low humidity/heat - going to try flushing with distilled water see if that helps, also misted leaves
