Lower leaves dying

hey guys i started my plant outdoors way too l8 this year it was only one plant and turned out to be female now i have her at about 3-4 weeks flowering under a 250 watt hps now my plant is 3 feet tall and really bushy and my lower fan leaves are getting discolored and dry and crispy can i cut them off or what should i do

Once the stems shrivel and dry out you can just pull them off, until then leave it alone, they don't hurt anything.
