I've noticed alot of us are currently growing Barney's Farm's LSD. Here's mine. This is my second go at this strain. Last time she troopered through a rough grow, (almost died from nitrogen burn and grew with cfls) with a fair yield of some yummy buds. This time with a little more knowledge and much better 400w mh/360w hps 18" hood light setup, I'm hoping for a much better yield and even yuumier buds. I planted her on 2/21 in Fox Farm's Ocean Forrest. I vegged her for 4 weeks with the mh bulb. I wanted to veg for 8 weeks but I need smoke. I swithched over to the hps bulb and a 12/12 cycle on 3/20. She's been fed twice,1/2 tsp Grow Big and 1 tsp Big Bloom. I'll slowly boost up to full doses. After 3 weeks I'll stop Grow Big and add Tiger Bloom and then after 6 weeks I'll stop Big Bloom and add Bud Candy. I don't wanna have a grow a contest with this thread but more of a place to swap ideas and techniques. The pics are from today.002.JPG006.JPG007.JPG

I first grew it a year ago and grew it three times. The yield was good and the potency was high. But I had some problems with it. It grew too tall for my setup and I didn't veg that long. It was also lanky. And it took 10 weeks to flower. Those are all sativa characteristics, even though LSD is supposedly indica dominant. I've since gone to Northern Lights, but would consider LSD again if I knew how to fix those issues.

I'm still seeing new threads on this strain, yet this one has died. I'm no expert farmer but I do have a few succesful grows under my belt. I'm thinking I have a few tips on this strain and am open to any that you guys have to offer. Lets ban together LSD growers.

im growing lsd right now,about 2 weeks old.looking very healthy and good.just transplanted it yesterday into a gallon pot.cant wait to harvest this bad girl!

If you get a chance you should post some pics. Are you growing soil or hydro? What kind of lights you using?

Ok so heres some info on it.
Growing in soil,3 gallon pot now after the transplant.im using a 400 WATT HPS light.heres a pic from yesterday

I think you should consider 3 more plants (you have the light for it). Just me tho
I would have let them go a few more weeks on veg too (since you only have one plant). But hey, just me.
The light you have will support more than one plant. I mean you can start a few more babies and veg under a flourescent in another room and introduce them into the floweing light and have a harvest every week if you wanted. or every couple anyway. this is a good way to always have bud and always have big hearty plants. If i grew less I would do that. I have a full room with 40+, so my options of multiple stages is limited.

You could definitely afford to add a few more under your 360 watter. I'd say four LSD max. I've never grown LSD before but I've always heard good things. Looking good so far though and I'll be stopping by occasionally:leaf:

How many do you have going underneath your 600W? I'm going to guess you have six LSD. Growing nice and even I must say:leaf:
