LST and topping off...how soon is too soon

GE everyone...just had a general question about topping off, LST, and scrogging...when do you think the best time to start trainging your girls are. My clones are about 3 weeks old. Also just a side question...my humidity isn't getting above 34-35%....do you think that's enough for the girls.

As soon as they are big enough to bend you should start LSTing, the earlier the better. I would expect that your humidity will start to rise when the plants start to fill the grow space more.
The plants increase the humidity through transpiration.
If it is still low when the plants are larger you can take measures to increase it a little.

thank so much grumpy...do you think I coudl use zip ties to tie them down and just bury the ends of the ties in soil..again thanks and plus one rep.

Zip ties would work, straightened paper clips with a hook on one end, pipe cleaners, twine taped to the edge of the pot, the methods are endless - just have to make sure that the young plant material does not get damaged.
