Lst versus toping

Hi , i wanted to know if lst and topping are doind the same job . Since lsting is making multiple cola but with low stress , lst should be better ?

In my current grow, im using both. This is Hurkle CBD from TGA. Lst'ed my plant and topped her. Some people do it, some don't. I can count 14 bud sites in this plant, and more are coming from below. I wouldn't say one is antagonist to the other, they both can be combined for good results. But if someone pulled a gun and asked me, I'd say LST. Less stress, plants will grow bushier than just with topping alone, they recover in 12 hours at most with LST. With topping, you have to wait a few days for her to recover, but you get two colas. With LST you have to wait until lower growth catches up.

I will try LST only in my next grow and compare yields.

I've LST can take some time to perfect, hence I do use FIM/topping

as a plus the tops become great clones ..if careful

also removing the lower laterals if you have poor lighting

as the light don't really reach that far

again become clones
