Male or Female? Buds Or Pollen?

here are three different pictures of my plant i have growing

it is in its 3rd week of flowering
using 10-30-30 chem's
outdoor natural sunlight 12/12
i did not have a female seed i just got a seed out of a good bag,
it has a nice odor to it as well






so here is my questions

1. is it male or female? and how do you know?
2. Are those buds or pollen?


ALSO i wanted to see if this advice i got is true? you can tell if a plant is going to be male or female right after about the 3rd set of leaves comes out, if its 7 fingers its female, 5 its a male? anyone know if that is true?


P.S PLS DO NOT JUDGE MY SETUP LOL ITS MY 1ST GROW EVER

Blurry pics bro but those look like grapes(male) and no I have had different strains with different amount of leaves, only one sure fire way to know a female is for the sexual characteristics think foxtail=Foxy lady & grape=BALLS kick em out no room for a sausage party LOL:cuss:

so what should i do, cause it has buds at the tips but the all down the plant are the pollen sacs
i know that males do not produce high thc buds but i mean i really put alot of work into it so what would be the best way to go about harvesting this stupid male plant lol

Honestly you're probably best starting over... or keep it around if you want to make seeds when you eventually get a good female.

I had a supposedly feminized seed that turned out to be 100% male... it sucks but it happens.
