Do all male plants devolp the same , i mean by how the balls" or whatever dont grow at the axis they grow in the middle of the stem?

the axis? im sorry but whats an axis? you will see the first male flowers forming at the base of a leaf node, inbetween the spurs and the growth shoot coming out from just above the leave, usually starts in the top third of the plant and becomes very obvious very fast.
most all males grow about the same, just like most females do
