Male plants

No they don't, They produce a bunch of little nuts that open up to be little flowers releasing a poof of pollen that produces seed in female buds.
P.S. I don't know why ever one says female flowers, when males flower and females fruit, hence bud being the fruit that seeds,

so will the plants start budding soon sice its aug?

I'm in Canada and FDD.. is in CA, we both have plants budding so yours should start soon, The days are loosing 3min of light every night,, Soon soon!!!
