Male = Swag??

ok ok i know this is probly a dumb question but i haven't really thought about it until now, just started growin and dont know sex yet. I have done a lot of research and have a good general knowledge but i got stoned and started thinkin... and this is somethin i don't know and would like to. don't smoke swag much but it seems to always have seeds and I have learned that males are less potent. sounds like swag to me. w/e i'm ramblin now but will some knowledgable person help me with this and if i am wrong, what constitutes swag?

it all depends on how well it was grown. but males have less thc because they concentrate on making seeds instead of buds

If its a really good strain and its a male it worth breeding other then that their useless and will ruin your crop.

males dont produce any bud at all .. only pollen sacs.
females that get pollenated have weaker bud because the pollenated plant stops producing resin and works solely on making seeds.
hermaphrodite plants are those that due to stress or genetics have both male and female flowers and are also very weak because they are busy producing seeds.
swag is usual some shit strain a commercial grower likes because it produces loads of buds and quality isnt an issue to them. they just want poundage. the reason it has seeds alot of times is because these same growers dont know their asses from a hole in the ground and usually stress some of their crop into going hermaphrodite.
another reason for its poor quality is that they often pull the plants early and dont cure. again for profit reasons

right, the males only got pollen sacs so unless yoiu know what strain it is and you wanna keep it around, theres no need for males because they dont even produce buds. good mids with seeds in it usually get pollenated toward the end of the flowering and there fore have less seeds giving it more weeks to put into thc making not seed making

and after i read your intire post phinxter, i say fuck that. i hate when i get weed that you can tell is harvested early , and too add its not even cured, then its smased down into bricks. eliminate shipments from outside the us and lets all just produce quaality buds and smoke for everyone?!?!

i agree more people need to grow killer weed.
until the state i live in became a MMJ state all i smoked was shit i bought and it wasnt until i grew my own that i realised exactly how lame the weed i had been buying really was.

ya i don't plan on selling any of my plants but it seems kinda pointless to not try to grow killer bud cuz that shit is worth more than gold (to me atleast) I understand that not everyone has the same fine taste as me. probly everyone here does but i would rather spend more money smoke less and stay stoned longer. don't like swag, hurts me lungs by the time i get high. but i am really glad you people cleared this up for me (even more glad i got no "this is a dumb ass question" responses haha).

removing swag from my vocabulary and implementing "hermaphrodite shit" haha
