Male?

Hey all this is my first grow and just curious if this is a male? Just want to be sure before I chop em down

We should start a place to send male plants to for people who want to discard of them and for others who want to make seed, I see waste on a mass scale going back 25 yrs, maybe Strainly should have a section, I'd rather have a fresh pollen source than one that already blew it's load into cornflour
 
No white pistils on the sacs tells you it is a male. Else you will see 2 white pistils on the flower sac
 
When I was new the way I noticed the difference was...if they didn't have hairs yet...male looks like a lil crab claw and female looks like a tiny tear drop
