4 and half weeks old are theses males or to early to tell?

Best advice I can give is to hold off. It could be either or looking like that. A pistil can come from that single growth. Balls usually come in clusters.
What cycle is the light on? 18/6, 12/12?

That makes me lean toward a male unless it's an autoflower. Then I'd be leaning more toward saying it's female.

Looks male, but it is a tad early to say for certain. You should know definitively within the next week-ish.

I will be watching them closely for next week ish for sure and will post couple more pics for some feed back I do have 4 feminized plants in there but got 9 other plants that I’m not to sure so
