Once again after a afternoon shower, rising from the depths of darkness, six friends rose. Nice. Right on. Lets get busy.

036.jpgI like using the mandala circle when germinating beans. It keeps the energy flowing. These beans are small in comparsion to many others. All were uniform and tiger stripped and were packed in April. Gotta have good quality fresh beans to begin with. So now I'm waiting patiently.........

View attachment 2677257not sure what is about the rain but it sure does make things grow. Germination took 84 hours.
My only one purple paro took approx. 92 hours to germinate, outdoors and in the final pot directly from seed! Currently no pics.. I think It will hardly deal with the hot summer and temps around 36 C but i hope It will give me some delicious buds..
Good luck to both of us

I do apologize gentlemen for the lack of updates however pics are coming.
In the meantime, a quick grow report.
Out of six germinated, three are standing in the wild. Lost three to a number of reasons. No worries though out of the three left. The weakest of the six beans, PPV 6, germinated had turned out to be the strongest. She is 120cm high, was topped at the ninth internode and grew two strong 30cm tops in a week. Outdoors mind you. Internode spacing is 10cm and very uniform structure. Strong, thick plant.
PPV 1, is also entering flowering has been slow and stretchy after being like lightning out of the gates. Great uniform structure. Strong to the outdoors. No worries.
PPV 3, was the queen of them all until we were hammered with about a week of heavy rain. I thought the area had better drainage but nonetheless she is alive and limping along and will probably go back to veggin to regain all the leaves she lost.
So out of six beans planted in the wild I have two charming ladies who are looking good. Pics to follow.

Quick update. No pics. Sorry.
Well into flowering. Very uniform christmas shaped plants. Medium height (4'). No purple coloring. Has withstood the heat and humidity with no problems. I like this plants structure compared to the white magic and white bhutanese. Highly recommend this plant for the outdoors. Seems to be able to handle a lot.

This is off. I just looked at my notes and there is a two week gap so it could have been around the 45 day mark when it started to show preflowers.

I don't get exactly what you mean with the gap but I assume that you are near finish, an update or report would be much appreciated. My only one outdoor paro is really PURPLE and really fascinating! It has maximum a month left and she does very well, although nitrogen defficient.
