Manganese Deficient?

Noticed this on an LSD plant this morning.

Was just transplanted a couple days ago into ProMix HP with approx 20-30% earthworm castings .

Has been only watered so far with RO water that was ph'd to approx. 6.8 but I'm wondering if it somehow climbed.. I had the water sitting in a larger water bottle overnight.

Room conditions have been roughly 24 degrees, RH has been only between 35-50% which I got up to 55%-65% recently. One night my ducting which was only temporarily secured actually fell back into the room and the heat climbed over 30 and RH up to 80% which I was able to correct quickly.

To fix I'm thinking have normal tapwater sit overnight (I currently have a 3gal bucket full sitting out on the counter). I will add a half strength nute mix of Cal Mg, Fox Farm Grow big and Big Bloom. Ph it to approx 6.8 but I'm not sure about what ppm I should mix it to.

Am I on the right track here?

Hmm option to edit the first post is gone, I meant Tiger Bloom not Big Bloom.

Thank you for your response, so I should assume that it is agreed that yes I'm looking at Manganese deficiency?

You mean micro bacteria? There's supposed to be some in the medium, what would be a good natural source or product?

Thank you.
