Mars Fce6500 Help.!

Came down to my ladies this morning and my FCE6500 is clicking and the lights keep flickering on and off! Bought the light in Jan 2022 and it’s lightly used. Thinking it may be an issue w the driver? Anybody have any experience w Marshydro warranty service? I’m 10 days into flowering and need to get this sorted asap, it’s a race against the clock!

Is the flickering constant and time between on and off always the same? Driver problems. Contact Mars, best off doing it both here and their standard cust serv.

Is it more irregular and sometimes affected by you twiddling the dimmer? Dimmer issue which can easily be fixed by replacing the dimmer: no need to send away your light.

Youd probably be best to take a photo of the label on the driver and post it here for better help; it comes with modelnr and spec usually which can be helpful

As Rocket Soul said it's likely the driver or dimmer but there were also some issues with melting DC power connectors. I suggest checking to see if they are hot.

Yea the clicking is regular, I had to run to work so I turned the dimmer all the way down, it was still flickering and clicking when I left but when I came back 10 hours later it was on and clicking stopped. I turned the dimmer back up and it went right back to clicking and flickering.. I’m 99%sure it’s the driver, contacted mars but no response yet..
A good friend of mines FC6500 (I recommended) broke and also my bro has a FC8000 that barely lasted 2 years (he hasn’t bothered reaching out to warranty services yet, was time sensitive and he just replaced it avoiding the headache)
Luckily my bro loaned me a light but needs it back in 2 weeks. I’m really hoping Mars can make this right I really do love there stuff when it’s working.
