If you're in a tent, a good indication that you're on the right track is when the walls suck in with the tent closed up. If they puff out, you're not moving enough air out. Similarly, if you're in a room or closet with a door, the door should not be able to stay open on its own. The negative pressure should suck it closed.

Everything this man is telling you to do just listen. These lights run a bit hot but not much more than most. I'd ditch the intake altogether and let the exhaust pull the fresh air in. Don't go cheap on it either. Get a decent 6 or 8 in inline fan and position the intake on the fan somewhere near the top of light.

I agree with the 2 above. We need to know how big of an area your trying to cool. Is it a tent, a closet, a room? I use 2 6 inch fans to cool 4 hoods with 1000 watt bulb in each and I still have to run Ac in my room. If it is bigger than 10x10 then I would recommend a 10-12 inch exhaust fan. If it’s a tent I would go with a 6-8 inch exhaust fan. A 4 inch fan wouldn’t be big enough to move any air. Any grow light will get warm and in a semi sealed small environment that’s a unfortunate reality. However I’ve never gave a shit for this light manufacture. Over the years I’ve read many unhappy customer posts. Maybe they have stepped their game up but I’m not gonna take a chance on them. Sad thing I prob trust alibaba as much as them.
