Matching Fan & Filter

I have a Extractor/Inlet Fan TD-250/100, 100mm/4inch Airflow:250m3/hr which one of these filters do I pick to match it.

100mm Fresh filter (Air Flow 175m3 per hour)
125mm Fresh Filter (Air flow 350m3 per hour)
150mm Fresh filter (Air flow 480m3 per hour)

I'm thinking 100mm Fresh filter (Air Flow 175m3 per hour) cause the fan is 100mm/4inch Airflow:250m3/hr.

But would that be ok in 2x2 area and what about the air flow, should they be matching or what?

I really what to get them tomorrow, so any help would be great.
