Mathematics On Power

Hi guys, big smile to everyone who reads this :)

Ok so basically i have a friend who has a 400w ballast and 400w bulb along with 1 TT100 4" fan @ 220-240 Vac 50/60Hz UK & European Mains AC Voltage.

33 Watts.

His electricity charges him 13.30 pence per kwh

He leaves fan and light on for 24 hours a day

What would his daily electric bill be?

Really hope there is some mathmaticians out there..

Thanks alot guys for reading, thanks more for those who reply ;)

If I entered it correctly, I got 41.75/mo. (720 hours). You would only need to enter the 400 wattage once, its the ballast that is pulling the juice to power the bulb. I googled the fan and found that it pulls 29.5-36 watts. I calculated on the high end. Here is a link to the energy usage calculator I used

The voltage is not necessary in calculating, the watts will always be the same regardless of what voltage you are running at, it is the amperage that changes thereby not changing the actual cost to use it.
