Max yeild from a 250 watt hps?

So I currently am running about 270 watts worth of CFLs to power the flowering portion of my grow and I was considering switching to a 250 watt hps.

Can anyone give me a rough estimate of how much I could get off some very high quality strains using a 250 watt hps with 6 plants?

4oz if you do a good grow. I know a guy that did 12 Power Plants and came up on 13oz from a 250 watt. But he had it perfected & that was his 4th grow with that setup.
