Medical Cannabis Question.

Umm... I am nearing harvest and i pulled one of the stalks off of the main stem. It had some buds in it. What if I trimmed it, picked the buds off, and stuck them in a jar with a humidity pack in it and a hygrometer and sealed the jar. Would this be a good way to get it cured and ready for consumption?

I would like to add I live in a dry region with really low humidity.

You probably have better luck hanging it outside in the shade somewhere and let the wind and your dry region cure it
