So went to a medical despinsery locally And walked out with this. They said to put it with a piece of food and eat it but can I also smoke it like if I smeared some on the cigar part , thank you

It says THC, not THCA, so ostensibly decarboxylated, which makes it orally active. What does it smell like?

Thanks for the reply it smells like thc I guess abs it tastes like it too , it comes in a syringe very sticky I have to thaw it first , tonight I put it on m&m peanuts very tasty the peanuts mellowed the taste out.

That suggests that it has been decarboxylated.

Sounds like some type of distillate or cryo-ethanol extracted oil.
I'd think that it'd be fine for both smoking and eating.
