mescaline dose?

I weigh about 250Lbs, so if I take approx. 250-280mg of Mescaline, will I trip? I want something higher then a "threshold dose" but only have about 500-560mg of mescaline to work with (at max). Any thoughts? Will one, for example experience lsd-like visuals on 250mg mescaline ? Any info is much appreciated _~

250 is above a threshold dose, body weight makes little difference. Believe me, 400 for most is pretty overwhelming. I do not recall ever having done much more nor thinking I needed to have. But you are still going on assumptions as to dosage. You don't know how strong that sludge is

Very True, I need to test it out first. Hopefully it will contain 100mg/1g of tar. Just tasted a tiny bit and it's Bitter as Fuck... We will see-
