I am just curious as to what I need to build or whatnot to place a ballast for 250watt MH/HPS Grow Light so that it won't catch fire seeing how the ballast can get really hot.......any suggestions are appreciated!!!

Just don't enclose it or surround it with anything flammable and you'll be OK.
