mh vs flouesents for veg stage

would a 400 watt mh be better then this 6 tuble flouresent fixture i have, is it a little difference or is it huge. i know hps for flowereing.

Mh is good for veg and so are flouros.

If you are worried about power consumption then use the flouros but mh is better.
Make sure you get a good mh bulb for veg or you can use a cmh bulb which is good for veg and flower

Fluorescents seem to work great for keeping veggies healthy for as long as you want as long as you don't go under 20 on and no more than 4 hours off. Keep it a comfortable cool distance from veggies and you won't be disappointed.
