Miracle Gro Perlite ??

I just picked up a bag at wally world cuz I ran out of my other stuff....It says "enriched with Miracle Gro Plant Food"....

Is it ok to use this stuff ? Or is it a no-no?

If it matters my mix is Pro-mix HP, worm castings, lime, and the perlite....

I use it and see no adverse effects, as it really doesn't contain much plant food...J

Shit I just got some of this tonight so I could mix up some soil for my next grow. Didn't even see the bit about "enrichments". Either way i doubt it would be enough to throw anything to far off. I'm betting it's more marketing BS than anything :)

I was actually looking for a larger grain perlite but couldn't find anything but black gold and mg :( which are both pretty small.

SC, what do you feed your girls when in the pro-mix? Trying to decide if I want to go soiless or stay in organic "living" soil...

I use it too and had no bad effects.
MG has tarnished most all store bought soils around here.
There is no FF soils other than to ship it in.
You could flush it need be.

I'm going to be going with the Dynamic Duo from Jack's....I'm a newb at growin' still...So I am not sure what else if any I will be adding to grow as I go...Hope this helps, lol.

Right on. About finished with this grow, it was in TGA super soil and TGA organic. Super soil ran outta super at the end lol, and instead of using teas I opted for, ironically, jacks classic. I bought both the all purpose and the bloom as well, of course only using the bloom since I'm deep into flower.

Pretty ironic you've got the same nutes AND picked up the same bag of perlite in the same fucking night as me. I'm not even high and I feel paranoid lol.

Check out Dyna Gro too SC..good stuff and is very underated. Nothing wrong with Jacks though, it's good too...J

i was gonna pik sum up but no sure since bag says it contains plant food

Lol, and I'm not stalkin' ya I swear. I keep seeing that orange pussy cat avy wherever i go. I'm just like "Damn that cat is everywhere!"
