Well well looks who's back from the dead. No, not really but I have no one to worry about anymore and therefore no one to talk to about it with..
Start with two 340 watt black dog 360-u led fixtures.
Add in a 150 watt hps "home security" light
Throw a philips 42 watt flood led into the mix. Because why not... Removed the dome on the bulb
Add a 36" reptiglo 8.0 uvb bulb into the salad...
Seeds sprouted on turkey day and set to 12/12 on new years. Using no extra nutes in flower and maybe should but this is running a soil i blended.. Box is 5 foot long 7 foot tall (I'm tall damnit) and 4' deep.
4 plants. Left to right. White widow. Bag seed. Purple chitral. Moonshine haze.
Plants can be within an inch of the blackdog leds BTW... I'd say within a quarter inch before risking burns.
Day temps of 82
humidity of 21-22
Night temps of 65
Two small fans in box to create current... Box is a negative pressure setup. Carbon air scrubber. Pandafilm wrapped box.
Ummm I like long walks on the beach and weed.
uploaded photos I shot tonight. Black dogs light fucks with my camera. Sorry.
Also don't mind the rainbow chard seedlings And random kush clones. They're nothing yet. Just came out of the cloner today.
Plants have been in the same spot the entire grow just rotated clockwise and such. So while not a true test hps seems to have made the densest hugs. But i dont know that because there is 4 different strains with different characteristics). And I don't care enough to loose already precious lumens
The Philips led (once I removed the reflector) is almost on par with the 150 hps(all my high-ass opinion remember) for being much less wattage..
LEDs are awesome and the way of the future... As soon as they get cheaper.
However. Until then hps is king...
But Adding the uvb flouro tube light.. Has made the biggest difference.. Did some readig one night and decided to throw it in.
If you can't tell I have a.d.d yet.. Squirell!
